Wellbeing support to RWE Major Correctives team

Last week we supported another Offshore team from RWE Major Correctives, to support them with their wellbeing whilst working on vessels.

We looked at nutrition and issues that can present when working offshore, how to keep calm under pressure and manage conflict.

There are specific wellbeing needs to consider for offshore workers, so it is inspirational to see RWE supporting their staff and linking wellbeing to health and safety.
