Time to Talk Day falls on the 1st February 2024
We think that Wellbeing shouldn’t just fall on key dates, it should be an integrated part of work/home life. However, Time to Talk Day does really highlight the issues of Mental Health, taking time to talk, to listen and to support each other.
So if you want to run a Support Group, Talking Therapies Sessions or a Group Wellbeing Activity, we are here for you. Whatever your plans, we would encourage you to:
- Walk and Talk! Instead of holding meetings online or in person – Walk and Talk instead!
- Take time to ask a Colleague/Family Member/Friend how they are
- Hold a lunch or a Tea Party/Cuppa and a chat time!
Because being kind and supportive spreads Compassion and listening to someone may just help more than you realise.
