RWE Pembroke Health and Wellbeing Day

In June we were back on site at RWE Pembroke, supporting their Annual Health and Wellbeing Event.

The overall theme this year was Heart Health, and staff could access support in:

• Nutrition and Hydration

• Food tasters

• Occupational Health and Wellbeing testing, including body composition analysis

• Massage

• Exercise

• Internal signposting

As well as healthy and nutritious lunch options!
