Halsa Wellbeing support Hopton Care Cottage

We were proud to support Hopton Care Cottage recently with a staff wellbeing session focusing on movement and managing energy levels through a protein rich start to the day. Staff were gifted breakfast pots and wellbeing gift bags.

It’s really inspiring to see an organisation which offers frontline care, making time to encourage staff to think about self-care and support their wellbeing.
