Halsa Wellbeing Day for RWE in Markinch.

This week we had the pleasure of being part of a Wellbeing Day for RWE in Markinch.

Our focus was Healthy Snacking and learning more about Hydration throughout the day. We set up an interactive stand for staff to increase their awareness of Healthy snacking options instead of heading straight to the vending machines.

Everyone had the opportunity to try lots of Healthy snack and hydration options.

The RWE Occupational Health team were also there undertaking blood pressure readings as well as supporting with the use of the Tanita machine and providing relevant health advice.
