Caring for YOU

This week we had the pleasure of being part of the first Caring for you Roadshow, supporting staff at Holme House Care Home in Gomersal.

We set up an interactive stand for staff to increase their awareness of Healthy eating & Hydration options.  There were lots of things to try and take away as gifts!  Even when time is a challenge, and staff work very hard, there is always something simple to learn about making small changes to our Wellbeing Habits.

It was also fantastic to see the University of Huddersfield Health and Wellbeing Academy Bus there offering health testing to staff.
