Social Care Innovation Day
At the end of November we delivered the 4th “Caring for you” day at Aden Court Care home in Huddersfield. Staff could come and talk to us about healthy eating and winter hydration options and they all left with linked gifts! Massage treatments were also available to help with the neck and shoulder issues that Carers often experience.
The University of Huddersfield Health and Wellbeing Academy had their team there supporting staff with health checks and there was also lots of information about the health and wellbeing offers available to staff across Calderdale and Kirklees!
