Emma Avhede is the Managing Director of HÄLSA Wellbeing, and launched the Organisation in 2010.
Emma is CIPD qualified and had a successful background, working at Senior Level in the international Human Resources arena. During this period, she noticed that staff wellbeing was often way down on the corporate, priority list.
Emma made the decision to make it happen. The premise behind HÄLSA, is that we all need a moment in time, to separate from those pressures and stresses which are a biproduct, of our fast paced, high intensity, 21st century life.
Emma and her team pride themselves on offering a complete wellbeing package – and because, we are all unique; the advice, planning and implementation style is not “a one size fits all” solution, it can be restructured to fit the needs of the client. A major aim of the business is to place `you` at the heart of your own wellbeing, simply because we all experience things differently.
HÄLSA has a proven track record, working with corporate organisations across the UK. They also work in a number of clinical settings, including hospitals and hospices.
Emma is passionate about Wellbeing and has a specialist interest in Menopause.
Following University, Charlotte trained in Holistic Therapies and then worked at a Senior Level for a large Local Authority. During this period, she wanted to return to support people’s wellbeing through therapies and other wellbeing support services and joined HÄLSA Wellbeing in 2015.
She is now the Director of Operations for HÄLSA Wellbeing and is responsible for setting up bespoke health and wellbeing training to companies, charities and the NHS across the UK.
Charlotte is very focused on self-care for individuals and empowering them with wellbeing support tools so that they can apply self-care whenever they need to move the dial on their wellbeing.
Charlotte works closely with a number of key clients to support and develop their wellbeing programmes and closely link it to their Health and Safety Strategies. She also specialises in clinical wellbeing supporting clients in hospital and palliative care settings.
She is a real advocate for Self-Care and facilitating people to take responsibility for their own health and wellbeing.
